At the Nobel Peace Center, you can see the exhibition From King to Obama. The exhibition portrays the American Civil Rights Movement of the 1960s – the movement that helped pave the way for Barack Obama's historic election victory.
CODA Oslo International Dance Festival
CODA Oslo International Dance Festival 9-24 October 2009 is the sixth edition of the biannual contemporary dance festival. The festival features 30 performances in 16 days.

Cinema
Oslo Municipal Cinemas (Oslo Kino) operates eight movie theatres in the city of Oslo. Foreign films are normally screened in original versions with Norwegian subtiltles.
Films from the South Festival
Films from the South is a unique festival with headquarters in the heart of Oslo. The festival was initiated in Oslo in 1991 and presents the best films from Asia, Africa and Latin America.

MAMMA MIA!
The Norwegian version of MAMMA MIA! premiered at Folketeateret in Oslo on 19 March 2009 and has been seen by over 100,000 people.
Cats
The famous Andrew Lloyd Webber musical. The production has top dancers, singers and musicians and is based by T.S Eliots "Old Possum's book of Practical Cats", but is now played in Norwegian after Runar Borge's translation.

The classic rock opera – in Norwegian.

Monday Kopinor hosted an international seminar titled Human Rights, Authors’ Rights and Publishers’ Rights. The seminar was chaired by Prof. Helge Rønning, who is also chair of the Kopinor Board.
The detailed program for the Regional seminar and Digital Issues Forum on Wednesday is now published. The title of the conference is: Providing Access to Content in a Changing Environment.

On Monday, 19 October, Kopinor will host an international seminar in Oslo. The seminar will be held at The House of Literature, Oslo's vibrant and exciting meeting place for culture and debate.
- IFRRO celebrates its 25 years anniversary this year. The event will also mark the AGM 2009 among other things with a special session dedicated to IFRRO, its history and future perspectives of enabling access.
